The electric iron is an industrial quality iron but its longevity of the iron depends on too many factors to speculate. To date we have not received a complaint of failure so I would expect the it to be very durable. The average turn around time is 4-6 weeks. We can give a more accurate ETA at time of purchase. Dimension of the brand will depend on the design as well as the number of characters. most irons will measure roughly 3/4" x 2". The signature and custom logo options can be made up to roughly 1" x 3"
