When the adapter is inserted into the Mini Cyclone its a very secure and tight fit. No threaded collar would be needed.
With the 2 1/2" adapter, shouldn't there be a threaded collar to secure it to the flange? Infinity Tools 2-1/2" Hose Adapter for Mini Cyclone Separator
