This Venturi will pull up to 26 Inhg of vacuum. I do not have experience with the other product you mentioned to lend a comparison.
Can your vacuum system work with a milling machine vacuum plate? How does the force per square inch compare to Pierson? Venturi Vacuum System
Im interested in this vacuum system. Can it be used in a vacuum plate for a milling machine? How much force will it apply per Sq inch? What would the difference be between yours and the Pierson workholding vacuum thing that is close to 500$
