The Venturi will pull a vacuum of roughly 26 inhg depending on environmental factors and compressed air input. The venturo includes everything you see in the pictures, 1 quick connect fitting to connect to an air compressor, two 8mm QD connectors one 1/8" BSP and one 1/4" bsp and a 3' length of 8mm hose. The input fitting thread is 1/4" BSP and the vacuum port is 1/8" BSP. The venturi does not have a decibel rating as air simply passes through it to create a vacuum. It is equip with a muffler, but the sound generated will depend on the air pressure from the compressor. In any case the venturi is well within hearing safe ranges during normal use and would be comparable to an air blow off gun.
