Once vacuum is created, is there a shutoff valve for removing the Venturi unit? Will the hose obstruct tools?
Venturi Vacuum System
Once the vacuum is created is there a shut off valve to keep the vacuum so the Venturi unit can be removed? It seems the hose would be the way of a tool such as circle jig or any routing projects!

The Venturi Vacuum Switch is self venting. A shut off could easily be added in line near the vacuum bag or jig being used and the switch removed. This would allow the the switch itself and the majority of the hose to be removed. Be aware that things like vacuum clamps and the base for the oval and circle cutter rely on the seal between the base and the work piece and tend to loose vacuum when the vacuum source is shut off. Vacuum bags on the other hand will tend to hold vacuum.
