As long as the vapor is not corrosive there should not be an issue. I would not advise using the venturi if the vapor is flammable/combustible. The venturi can pull a vacuum of roughly 26inHg. One the atmosphere is equal to roughly 30inHg. .1 Atmosphere is roughly 3 inHg and you should have no issue generating this with the Venturi as long as you have a pressure regulator on your air compressor that is fully adjustable.
