Porter-Cable part number 1001 is for the router base itself for a PC -690 router. If you have a PC-690, the motor housing should measures 3-1/2" in diameter. It should fit nicely in the Jessem Route-R-Lift.

Answer: I don't believe so, your specific bosch router has a power switch in the router bases handle, I don't believe the router motor can be used without the base itself.
