I would recommend following the size chart regarding the cutter head diameter. Most likely you would need the PKJ-201. I am not familiar enough with your specific planer especially knowing it is a dual head you need to confirm that the heads are not too large in diameter, and that you have adequate room to install the jigs especially onto the lower head, though I don't think this would be a big issue.
