Absolutely, Double sided tape works very well with these templates in place of screws.
Is double-sided tape a viable alternative to screws for securing the plate, to avoid damage? Infinity Tools Corner Radius Template Guides; 3-Pc. Set
It seems that securing the plate with 4 screws would damage the surface of your workpiece. Could double sided tape be used instead?
