This set is designed to make either a 1/4" or 1/2" wide groove. We do not have a "Plywood Panel Kit" available for these cutters to allow it to be converted to make a Thinner panel groove.
What panel thickness is the 91-527 Door Router Bit Set for? Can I adjust it for slightly undersized plywood panels? Infinity Tools 1/2" Shank Interior & Exterior Door Router Bit Set
Looking at the 91-527 Interior & Exterior Door Router Bit Set in the Mission profile. What panel thick thickness are these setup for? Is it possible to change bearings/shims and use an adjustable slot cutter handle slight undersize plywood panels for this set?
