It will work and router that can accommodate a Porter Cable Style bushing, and this is designed to be used in a hand held router applications, will not work on a router table.

Answer: The largest piece of the PDJ package 100-503 is the clamp. In box the clamp is 33" x 3" x 1.5". The PDJ Jig in the included storage box would easily fit in a standard shirt box. As long as you have a large enough suitcase to hold the clamp you should be just fine.
