The maximum thickness we are able to do with out flooring shaper cutters is 1". Unfortunately we do not offer a customer cutter service at this time.
Can you make shaper cutters for 1.25" decking material? I can plane 5/4 larch to 4/4 if needed. Infinity Tools Shape-Up Floor Making Shaper Cutter Set, 3/4" Bore
Can you make a set of flooring shaper cutters for 1.25" decking material I have access to 5/4 larch that I would like to turn into interior flooring. I could plane the material to 4/4 if necessary
