I’m considering buying your 55-510 glue joint bit. Should I choose the 55-501 or bevel bit? What’s the difference?
Infinity Tools 1/2" Shank Bevel Glue Joint Router Bit Set
I have a shaper reverse glue joint cutter and I like the the job it does for large panel glue ups such as 1" table tops. But setting the spindle height at least on meh machine is a lot of trial and error. I have a new router table with cast iron tops, good fence, and 3hp motor. I am thinking of buying your 55-510 glue joint router bit b because it is much easier to make precision height adjustments on router. My question is should I buy the 55-501 glue joint or the bevel glue joint bit. Why is one better than the other ?

This choice comes down to personal preference. The 55-501 is a single bit and when set properly will let you run both pieces without changing bits. The 61-508 is a 2 pc. set but allows you to run both pieces either face up or face down, no need to flip one for the joint to fit together.
