These bits have a nonadjustable depth stop that allows the xxxx head to be sunk roughly 3/8" below the surface.
Is the bit long enough above the countersink angle to drill a deep counterbore for a wooden plug? Will the depth control fit? Make it Snappy Tools 3-Piece HSS Tapered Countersink Bit Set
Is the portion of the bit above the countersink angle long enough to drill a counterbore deep enough to allow a wooden plug to be inserted? Will the depth control attach high enough on the bit to allow a counterbore to be drilled and still serve as a depth stop?
