The 03-500 will produce a 5/8" radious portion without the flats. to create a similar radius on 3/4" stock you might consider a large bullnose nit such as the 54-510. the 03-500 has a 3/4" radius, when going to 3/4" stock a 1" or 1-1/8" bullnose bit would create a similar affect. https://www.infinitytools.com/bullnos... Another option would be to use 1/2" or 5/8" round over bit and make the profile in two passes.
