I do not see why this blade would not work for your application. It sounds like either the laser thin kerf blade or the bandsaw.
Is this blade suitable for cutting 1 phenolic reinforced with canvas at 1 11/16 depth without wobble or vibration? The cut will be through the material’s edge. Infinity Tools 10" Laser Kerf Saw Blade & Splitter, 5/8" Arbor
I have a need for a blade such as this for a specific purpose. The cut will be through phenolic reinforced with canvas at a depth of 1 11/16". There can be no wobble or vibration through the cut. The thickness of the material is 1" and will be standing on edge through the cut. Is this the right blade?

Answer: Because of the built in stabilizers, the 010-046 is not recommended for use on a miter saw, It is designed for use in tablesaws. For a miter saw, we recommend the 010-280, 10" miter saw blade. It has a tooth geometry specifically designed for use in miter saws.
