i have a delta ts with a 1 1/2 hp motor. I am looking for a dedicated rip blade and your blade looks enticing. Curious though, is there any flex in the 010-124 thin kerf blade. I've had other thin kerf blades (crosscuts), that do fine for what they are intended for, but have to use a stiffener to help with deflection. If I try and use this blade with a rip fence in place, it tends to flex terribly and I get terrible cuts. Will this blade do this also. BTW, I have no trouble turning a full kerf and really am not too worried about lose of material while ripping.

I recommend the 010-124 in every situation except for when a customer simply needs a 1/8" kerf. In use, the thin kerf version should perform identically to the full kerf version except it will produce slightly less resistance because it is removing 25% less material. It is my go-to ripping blade, especially in thicker stock. Our thin kerf blades (and standard kerf) are stress relieved and tensioned so the plate stays true as the blade heats up in use.
