Is there a dado bit for 3/4" plywood? I need it for routing dados for bookcase shelves. Infinity Tools 2-Pc. Downcut Spiral Set For Plywood Dado Cuts
Your current catalogue shows metric dado bits 85-108 & 85-910 for 1/4" & 1/2 " plywood. In a previous catalogue there also was one for 3/4" plywood. Has this been discontinued? I want to rout dados for 3/4" shelves in a bookcase.

Answer: These bits can make shallow plunging cuts, but are not specifically designed for straight plunging/drilling applications.

Answer: Unfortunately No, typically solid carbide router bits will not have a cutting diameter larger than the shank due to the way they are manufactured. There are always exceptions but none that would fit your needs that I am aware of.
