Our smallest rosette cutters are 2-1/8" (54mm) depending on the design you are looking for, one of these may work for you.

Question: When milling the center raised panel, will the mini ogee bit cut the slot to fit into rail and stile?
Answer: Just like with a standard raised panel router bit the mini ogee raised panel bit will create the decorative profile on the face of the panel. You will need to either mill the panel to the correct thickness or create a ƒ??back cutƒ? to properly size the tongue on the edge of the panel to fit into the frame made my the mini ogee rail and stile set.
