Question: Hi, can a bearing be attached to the top of the thumbnail bit? If not can you make one that way?
Answer: Unfortunately, no. We do not have a bearing guided option available at this time.
Question: Can the 03-500 router bit round over 3/4" stock without leaving square cuts, or is there a better bit for a full radius?
Answer: The 03-500 will produce a 5/8" radious portion without the flats. to create a similar radius on 3/4" stock you might consider a large bullnose nit such as the 54-510. the 03-500 has a 3/4" radius, when going to 3/4" stock a 1" or 1-1/8" bullnose bit would create a similar affect. https://www.infinitytools.com/bullnos... Another option would be to use 1/2" or 5/8" round over bit and make the profile in two passes.
