Are these mega flush trim bits able to re resharpened?

No, flush trim bits are not able to be sharpened, when sharpening you are removing material from the cutter which will make the cutting surface smaller than the diameter of the guide bearing, thus making it not a true flush trim. If your cutters are getting dull it's simply time to replace them.
