what is the recommended rpm for V-panel shaper cutter to avoid tear outs, I use a Jet JWS-35X5-1 Industrial Shaper, with four-speed (4000, 6000, 8000, 10000 RPM)

We Laser mark the maximum speed on all our shaper cutters heads. For 83-098 the maximum speed will vary, the set contains 2 different cutters heads with a different speed on each of the 2 heads. Again both are laser-marked with the speed on each head.
