This is my first purchase with Infinity. The experience was acceptable compared to other companies.

arrived quickly, was mostly well packed, does need an extra piece of packing at end of miter gauge, it had punched thru package but was in perfect shape. assembly was pretty straight forward. all parts fit well and tolerances seem good. have not used it yet, but seems well designed.

Tool was damaged in shipment and the issue was promptly resolved.

The website and videos are great help, but your catalog is also very helpful, don't discount people using the catalog first, then the website to purhcase

Fast service, good quality

I've ordered from Infiniti before and they're known for good quality, router, bits and woodworking tools. I live in a small town so finding good router bit sometimes is difficult with infinity. It's easy.
